Improved packaging for RGR at the outlet has been well-received by customers.
Due to their weight and the large quantity ordered each time, long-distance transportation of “Retractable Grounding Reel” (RGR for short) has always been a problem.
Originally, each set was packaged in a small plywood case, but this proved too scattered and prone to damage during rough handling. A new solution was adopted: large plywood cases containing smaller plywood cases. While this increased costs, it ensured stability during transport and was well-received by customers.
