The System for bottom loading is designed to prevent the overflow of liquid and guarantee that the static grounding resistance meets the prescription of relevant safety regulation by the API plug connected with Socket on tank trucks. The System monitors the liquid level of each compartment of the tank trucks, liquid level alarm signal will be sent out once the overfill sensor senses liquid; it monitors the earthing situation via grounding bolt, earthing alarm signal will be sent out once the resistance between the tank trucks and the earthing point surpass a set value. At the same time, there will be audible and visual alarms; and the LCD shows the reason of alarm.
The bottom loading method first appeared in the United States in the 1950s. Compared with the traditional tank top filling, it has the following advantages:
1. High efficiency - Multi bin filling at the same time;
2. Environmental protection - Fully closed filling, effective recovery of oil and gas;
3. Safety - Bottom filling which can reduce electrostatic;
4. Easy to operate - Operators stand on the ground to operate without climbing;
This System passed the test of NEPSI (National Supervision and Inspection Center for Explosion Protection and Safety of Instrumentation),and conform to the relevant stipulations of GB3836.1-2010 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere

In December 2006, the Overfill Protection & Grounding System for bottom loading was successfully developed and put into market, breaking the foreign brands’ monopolizing situation in Chinese market.
In May 2008, the SLA-S-IV Overfill Protection & Grounding System for bottom loading occupied the market quickly before the Beijing Olympics.
In July 2016, a process control system was launched. The Overfill Protection & Grounding System was interlocked with the Personal Electrostatic Eliminating Alarm, key management, and bottom-loading return device to realize the oil loading process management.
In March 2019, the SLA-S-IVB Overfill Protection & Grounding System for bottom loading was upgraded to SLA-S-IVC.
